Q. What are the admission prices?

Q. Ticket issue?

Q. When are Tickets available?
Tickets are now on sale.

Q. Can I buy tickets on the day?
Tickets are ONLY available online and up to 7pm on the day of the event. There are no tickets for sale from the event site. Please purchase ticket before coming to WE’RE BUZZIN’ Festival.  

Q. What are the opening and closing times?
Gates open at noon on Sat 17 Sept 2022 and the event closes at 10pm

Q. Is parking available if I dive there?
Although there is strictly NO festival parking at City Airport. There is a designated car park at The Club House, Liverpool Rd, M30 7RF. Just 10mins walk from the event. Please purchase a car park ticket from the TICKET PAGE before travelling to the event.

Q. Where can I catch the FREE SHUTTLE BUSES 
The FREE SHUTTLE BUSES pick-up at Coach & Horses, Cadishead, The Ship, Irlam and the Nags Head in Irlam. Buses will run continuous from 11am to 3pm. The from City Airport back dropping off at the same three locations from 8pm. 

Q. Is food and drink available at the festival?
Yes, we are working with some of the best food and drink vendors in the UK. Prices have been considered to help make sure that we can all enjoy the festival.

Q. Can I bring my own food and drink into the festival site?
No food or drink can be brought onto the festival site, with the exception of a single sealed bottle of water (500ml max). There will be a wide variety of food stalls onsite offering a great range including organic, vegetarian and vegan options. There will be an number of bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You must be over 18 years to purchase alcohol and the bars will run a Challenge 25 policy – ID may be required.

Q. Medication, diabetes, food allergies and intolerances.
People with medical conditions such as diabetes, food allergies and intolerances, if you need to bring medication or food for your personal use. You will need a PASS to allow any of these into the event. Please email our Special Needs Team at access@irlamlive.co.uk with a brief description of your condition and any supporting paperwork/ or doctors note. 

Do you have a disabled access and viewing?
Yes, we work very closely with Attitude is Everything and have put together a fact-sheet so everyone can enjoy Irlam Live. Please click here for more information.

Q. Do the bars take card payments?
YES! all the bars take CARD PAYMENT, and many of the food and non-food vendors also take cash payments.

Q. Are there CASH MACHINES on the festival site?
There will be NO Cash Machines on site, we are gearing up towards a cash-free site within the next few years.

Q. How many people are you expecting?
We are licensed for up to 5,000 people per day, which will make for a pretty awesome atmosphere. 

Q. Can you come in and out of the event?
No. There are NO PASS OUTS. If you need to do stuff, please arrange cover. 

Q. What is the latest admission time?
There will be no admissions after 8pm each night.  

Q. What is the best way to travel to WE’RE BUZZIN’ Festival?
There are free shuttle buses running to WE’RE BUZZIN’ Festival and back from three pick-up points in Irlam and Cadishead. There is a regular bus service from Manchester and the Trafford Centre. Trains to Irlam on the Manchester/Liverpool line, then the free shuttle bus straight there.

Q. Are children allowed?
RISE Festival is an over 16s event. 

Q. Where can I stay during the festival?
Although there are no hotels within walking distance of the festival there are several nearby which are either on bus routes or close enough to travel to the site by taxi. Q. Can I camp at WE’RE BUZZIN’ Festival?
No. There is no camping on site. Although there are a few campsites within a ten mile radius of the festival site. 

Q. Are camping/folding chairs allowed onto the festival site?
Yes, but there is a 30m radius of the stage where camping/folding chairs are strictly off limits.

Q. Are umbrellas allowed onto the festival site?
Yes, but only smaller umbrellas. Strictly nothing larger like fishing umbrellas or parasols.

Q. Is there anything I can’t bring into the festival site with me?

Q. I’ve lost my tickets, what should I do?
Please email info@irlamlive.co.uk for more info.

Q. I don’t have a printer at home. How can I print my tickets?
If you can open the ticket on your phone, that generally scan fine, but best to have a physical ticket. Most libraries have printing facilities available.
